About the work
The brain is the principal organ of the human body: it governs all of the body's functions and receives impulses from outside. The brain turns impulses into actions of different kinds, but if it is not developed, its activity is limited to controlling mechanical movements and basic needs. Developed brains can pick up weak-frequency signals, imperceptible to most, and transform them into new ideas and meanings.
