How we handle the details you send us through this website.
Who we are
This website presents the work of the artist Nikolay Cherednichenko. Enquiries are handled by his art manager, Evgeniya Negrebetskaya, in London. Contact: e.negrebetskaya@gmail.com.
What we collect
When you send an enquiry we receive your name, email address, phone number if you give it, your message, the page you sent it from and, if you arrived from a link or an advert, where that link came from.
Why
Only to reply to your enquiry, to arrange a viewing, delivery or a purchase, and to keep a record of our correspondence. We do not send newsletters unless you ask for them, and we never sell or share your details for marketing.
Legal basis
Our legitimate interest in answering your enquiry and, if you wish to buy a work, taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (UK GDPR, Article 6(1)(f) and 6(1)(b)).
Where it is stored
Enquiries are stored in Google Firebase (Cloud Firestore, EU region) and in our email. Google processes the data on our behalf.
How long
We keep enquiries for up to 24 months after our last contact, and records of sales for as long as the law requires.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to its use — write to e.negrebetskaya@gmail.com. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
Cookies
This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. For the length of your visit it notes, in your browser’s session storage, how you arrived, so that we know which link brought you here.
